Information on visa applications
The registration and the documents issued by DeutschCafé are intended to support the preparation of your language course and/or visa application. The decision to grant a visa lies exclusively with the responsible German diplomatic mission or authority. Registration or course confirmation does not guarantee that a visa will be granted.

If your visa is refused
Send us the refusal notice. We refund what you have paid minus €200 for processing and reservation. Instalments are possible by arrangement.

By submitting you register bindingly. The contract is only concluded with our registration confirmation. You will get an automatic confirmation of receipt by email right away. We will check your details and usually get back to you within 1–2 working days, at the latest after 7 days.
